A view that took my breath away
The room was large and comfortable, and the view from the rooftop restaurant was fine-especially at night when the Acropolis was beautifully illuminated. The staff was helpful and attentive, providing excellent service, and I especially enjoyed the warm welcome with refreshing juice upon arrival. Breakfast was also great, with delicious options.
There were a few downsides. The area surrounding the hotel feels a bit rough, and there was noticeable street noise at times. The bathroom layout could use improvement, as the lack of separation between the shower and toilet made it less convenient. Although the cleanliness was mostly good, I did find a dead insect that shouldn't have been overlooked.

This cool, clean property has awesome boxedbreakfasts and kind staff. Overall the room is big size, modest and includes coffee, a kettle, and a balcony. It has favourable very central location in the greatest neighborhood. Moreover, it is near the Psiri and Plaka, and many restaurants around the area. The rooftop bar is good. When I am in Athens, I like staying here.

The Athenaeum Eridanus Luxury Hotel was great with its modern, boutique style and really good amenities. The beautiful room I stayed in was comfortable and well-appointed, with a bathroom adorned in dark green marble. The staff were helpful, assisting with everything from food recommendations to directions, and the breakfast buffet offered a generous selection that was good each morning. The highlight was definitely the amazing view of the Acropolis from the rooftop, especially at night.
The hotel is located on a busy street, which can be noisy at times.

Lovely and approachable staff, efficient check in. Exceptionally comfortable bed, marble bathroom and a minibar, satellite TV, and climate control in the room. Marvellous and awesome breakfast options and good view...

missingWrote a review on 28 Octstreet noise
The noise from Piraeus Street penetrates even with the windows tightly shut, posing a problem for light sleepers. The view from some rooms, like room 106, lacks appeal, staring at a wall without any scenic backdrop. The automation for 'do not disturb' in room 110 was out of order, leaving guests in the dark about room service status.

The Hotel was very good, in fact it was much better than what I have expected to be. The personel of the Hotel was very kind and helpfull. If you want to stay in a high standard Hotel, within a walking distance to the center of Athens, paying a quite reasonable price compared with similar standard Hotels, I would strongly suggest it to everyone. I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks to Thanos ,the receptionist, for all the help and assistance he gave us during our stay.

Friendly and young people at reception, all Greek-speaking. Comfort in the room. Assistance with daily, routine issues (e.g. we forgot our mobile charger and they found one for us; special help with internet). My reservation was upgraded.
The surrounding area, though it is steadily improving. However, this can not be handled by the Hotel! The breakfast, though tasty and qualitative, was too limited in dishes for a 5-star hotel.

The rooftop restaurant offered fine views of the Acropolis, making for a nice dining experience.
The area surrounding the hotel felt a bit rough, and getting to the nearest metro station required a decent walk.

Stylish small boutique hotel in walking distance to Monastiraki, Plaka area ... good location for Athens sight seeing. Roof top bar / restaurant with fantastic Acropolis view. Appealing modern design. In deluxe rooms good value for money. Nice pleasant extras: Hermes toiletries, WiFi, free soft drinks, free parking ...
Hotel was not easy to locate on busy Piraeus street as hotel is much smaller than pictures indicate. Area towards Omonia place is a little run-down.
